After making your appointment, you need to send a $100 deposit or your co-pay amount. That money is non-refundable if you fail to keep your appointment, unless you give 24 hour prior notice of cancellation. The money can be in a personal check, cash, or money order and must arrive 5 days before your appointment; otherwise, you will be informed that your appointment has been cancelled. When you arrive at your appointment, the remainder of the fee must be in a money order or cash, only.
Our fees are all inclusive. The posted fee includes the pretest interview, the actual polygraph test, and a written report. Any test resulting in “inconclusive” or “no opinion” due to unexplainable chart variations will result in re-testing at no charge. We accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks, and PayPal. If a situation requires multiple tests, there may be a discount. The total fee is due at the time of testing. We do not offer time payments. We do not accept business checks, out of state checks, or two party checks.
